PRINCIPAL
Richard Stapleton specialises in Litigation and has a particular interest in Personal Injuries, and Employment Law. Richard has acted for both Plaintiffs and Defendants and prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, he worked extensively for leading insurance companies in all areas of Personal Injury Law and also as a Liability Loss Adjuster and Claims Investigator. Prior to establishing Richard Stapleton, Solicitors, Richard was a Partner at Smyth Stapleton & Co, Solicitors for over 10 years and has developed a reputation in his specialist fields of employment law, contentious probate matters and personal injuries. Richard is regularly referred work from other solicitors in these areas.
Richard is also a qualified Mediator and regularly assists parties in find a resolution to their issues through mediation.
